Received a beautiful bouquet from a co-worker from out of state. The delivery driver was so kind and sweet. They called prior as requested from my friend and he was such a sweet gentleman. The flowers were a wide assortment and all were fresh and perfect. I will be using this florist moving forward as well..

My son sent me the a flowers from Germany for ca. $130 on Monday 6 p.m., the day after Mother's Day. The biggest bouquet I ever got. Could barely hold the big vase. Gorgeous! But the roses were all wide open already which I mentioned to the delivery person. No comment. On Thursday morning, The roses were all drooping. Naturally, the carnations and lilies in the bunch were just opening. When I called to ask if that was to be expected I got a lecture from a male about flower maintenance and wafter hygiene. Still after 2 and a half days? "Eventually all flowers die..." He kindly referred me to a female who seemed more understanding and we agreed to substitute this bouquet for a fresh one which duly arrived the same day. All roses in neat buds like carnations and lilies. To my surprise, the delivery person, another one, insisted on taking the vase away as well. I said that my son surely has bought the vase too." Everything goes together. See picture of the smallish new bunch and vase in comparison. I'm happy to have fresh flowers which are only starting to go now 5-6 days later. I think the open roses were left overs from Mother's Day. But to have that beautiful vase taken away witho

I have used Flowers of Jacksonville several times now and am thrilled with the quality of their arrangements, their prices, and the quick & free delivery. With other florists you never know if what is delivered will look anything like the photo you selected, but Flowers of Jacksonville has consistently delivered beautiful, fresh arrangements that even exceed what was pictured. My mom has loved every one of them!
